Susan has over two decades’ experience in conveyancing and regularly helps people with the purchase or sale of a property, whether it be an established house, an ‘off the plan’ property or a house and land package. She also assists developers undertaking small to medium-sized subdivsions, as well as working with clients in the transfer of an interest in a property to another person (often between related parties).
